PROMOTING AND PROTECTING FORB: A UN FOCUS

The United Nations plays a central role in upholding the liberties of religion or belief (FoRB) worldwide. Through policy approaches, the UN seeks to protect that individuals and groups may to practice their faiths freely and free from coercion. Furthermore, the UN extends aid to states in strengthening their legal and institutional systems for th
